Saw this on Barnstormers...
VICKERS VINCENT PROJECT • FOR SALE OR TRADE • Very Challenged but achievable static restoration project. One of 2 known to survive, may trade • Contact Dave Lochead - CDC LIMITED located Blenheim, New Zealand • Telephone: 03-5784410 • Fax: 03-5784450 • Posted February 10, 2005 • Show all Ads posted by this Advertiser • Recommend This Ad to a Friend • Send a Message
Does anyone know the details about this project, or have any photographs to post?
Cheers,
Richard

Don't you think that they've already got enough 'restoration projects' there as exhibits, Cees?
I can think of one large 4-engined one..........

I thought they scrapped the Beverley a few years ago........
but seriously I think there are more than two - Isn't there a frame in the RNZAF Museum and there's the one that's being rebuilt to fly - is this one another?

interesting, everything aside from the home page for the link:
http://www.classicfighters.co.nz/aircraft/vincent.htm
tells me I might need to download and install " quick time installer from apple computer, inc. " and shows a blank page.
is anyone else having this problem?
