Don't know if chicks dig Warbirds, or even if chicks dig Warbird pilots, but I can tell you from experience that chicks absolutely dug one stuffed Teddy Bear carried around the country in the gun bay of one P51 Mustang :-)))

When I was at Fantasy of Flight a few years ago, he had a flyable P-47 in a shipping container. Had not been taken out due to lack of space :roll: acording to the guide. I have a picture of it at home.

Don't be silly, it would never get enough air flowing over the wings inside a shipping container.... well, unless it had doors on both ends...:wink:

It came out of South America.

For the condition back then it was fairly complete.

It had to undergo a period of storage for import tax purposes if memory serve me well.....

Do a quick search there was a few threads on it back then many many moons ago.
