If this Thread has already been done, sorry. But anyways; what would you say is a comprehensive listing of artists of all kinds you listen to on a daily basis? Id like to consider myself part of the youngest generation here on WIX, so most of these bands may seem foreign or even downright scary to some of you old fogies out there! :wink: Of course this isnt all of them, but just some off the top of my head. It may start out with alot of Metal bands but give it a chance, and go down the line. You'll find somthing you'll like. So here it goes:

Ah! Some good ones there. I personally like Handel even more than those.

Also enjoy some good soundtracks from J. Williams and some stuff like the Gettysburg soundtrack and a few more modern singers.

I went to Flobots shows in Denver when they were still almost local. Great band. Look up Woodie Guthrie, Hank Williams, (snr.) and Robert Johnson. Willie Nelson is one of the best songwriters of his age. Wikipedia him and looka t all the stuff he wrote--it'll surprise you :) Can't listen to this new crap without hearing where it all came from :)

And Supertramp. There's gotta be Supertramp. 8) I don't care what the rest of these people say. You dont like SUpertramp, you can't eat at my table. Unless you bring the steak. And some Barq's. And maybe some ribs.

Yeah, All of that.

On the way home last night it was U2, coming in today it was Brubeck. At lunch it was Mozart....I bought some Outlaws, Rob Zombie and Zoe Keating over the weekend...

The last concert I went to was Big Bad Voodoo Daddy.

I have 18 gig of stuff on my Pod...you never know what's up next.
