With the recent postings on Courtesy and the sale of his aircraft, is Mike Brown getting out of Warbirds and racing?
Looks like his Eagle's Nest home and hanger are up for sale.

Last I heard, he was selling everything at Eagles Nest, but keeping two airplanes, neither of which are warbirds, IIRC. Supposedly he is moving to Hawaii to live the "good" life. I've heard that he wants a P-51 to keep out there.

Yea, what happened to him? He just dropped off the face of the earth. Last I heard, he was considering moving to China. Did this ever happen?

So, his divorce forced him to lose all of his airplanes? Is he still in the States?

I think it is. I believe its important to try and understand the Warbird Movement as a whole. That means getting to know these men and women who own and operate these Warbirds. Trying to be respectful and not dig for every scrap of evidence is a good thing also.
