OK buddy! Get out of Dodge and get your head cleared out some! Enjoy the museum, I'm one of those who just tries to soak in the scale of that much lumber stacked so intricately, by guys using pretty rudimentary equipment and bucket loads of ' Norwegian steam'
My friend/roomie (who happens to be a gal) is really excited to see the place. I am too.
Cool, so she likes airplanes? Maybe you could date her then?

She doesn't have the passion like I do but she is curious and very respectful of my interest in them. She even insists my shelf of built models goes in the living room! Not to get ahead of myself but I think we will end up happy with each other in due time. I need to process things still and don't want to jeopardize something that could be great.
That sounds great Spooky! So, there is some chance then! Just be sure to make it fun for her as well. I've learned a looooong time ago, that airshows and women don't mix unless you get them involved in something they like with it. It's kind of like training a dog. You have to associate a behavior (going to airshows) with a reward of something she likes (like gabbing with other attendee's or pilots' wives). Women will usually like an activity, if it involves something enjoyable for them rather than hearing boring, useless information such as which fighter group in Europe scored the first kill, who was the highest scoring ace, etc., etc.
Good luck!
