Yes, tell me too! I didn't know that. I've been a Mikesh fan for many years and have several of his books. I've heard nothing about his death. I would have thought that Kaigun Fan (Ron Werneth) would have posted something about that here. Both he and Ron are probably the two foremost experts on W.W. II Japanese aviation. I can't believe he passed away! That is HUGE news! What do you know?

Tom, Warbird, I read it somewhere, but I can't find it right now. If I'm wrong I apologize in advance. I used to talk to Bob when we were working the history of My Mary Lou. He, being a former 34th A-26 pilot at Pusan and being the photographer who documented most of the 34th and 37th aircraft in color, was a wealth of info. Unfortunately, the 95th was on the other side of the field and he shot very few of their aircraft.

Can anyone know if Dream Giral at the NMUSAF is the real deal? It looks that way, and the registry shows that it is. Just looking for some war time pics of her.

High beams: ON!
Nice gift, Spooky! My XYL would never allow such a piece of "artwork" in "her" house. . .
