I think thats is the FireBomber company that went under when the FAA grounded the tanker fleet. If its the same that were on ebay a while back..........there nice airplanes. Would not mind flying one for a while.

Excuse my ignorance on PV-2's, but don't they have vicious stall/spin characteristics?

Also, they use R-2800's, so they would cost the same if not more than as an A-26 to operate. Obviously they'd cost more if they had lower cruise speeds.

It's apparant that they could carry a large load.
