Quick question - I have watched for awhile the hawker hunter for sale on the courtesy site. Why is the asking price for this jet so low? (comparatively to the Sabres at 300K+)

Is it just a function of demand?

just wondering

I haven't seen what a fully operational Hunter goes for, but I would imagine the fact that it hasn't flown in 13 years is a fair part of why it is priced so low.
