Right, Scott says he's seeing someone and now Rob's saying that he's dating...is there anything that we need to know Guys?

Only joking, good luck both of you, just hope that the girls like Warbirds!

Hello all,

I thought I would make a few comments and then go with my life TOO.

First I'm just a bit concerned that so many folks find it hard that I haven't posted any replies to Rob in a while. Well I would like to clear some things up.

1 Yes it is true I will not be going to the US Navy meeting. I was never invited.

2 Amazingly Rob has started dating someone. And even more amazing is the fact that the last conversation I had with the Col., Shannon and I were in downtown Portsmouth looking at a flock of 15 or so swans and my phone rang. Rob was laughing at me for being out doing Girlie things.
Once Rob and his punk rock girl get to this point in their relationship he will be doing things like, showing up at an aviation get together wearing the same color T-Shirt and like Shannon and I, get their hair cut together.

3 I really need to take a long break from all aviaition. I need an airport job where I can get on a lawn mower for hours at a time and not have to troubleshoot the tail de-ice in a Beechjet.

4 Yes Shannon and I will be attending the Kiwanis pancake breakfast this weekend and if we get out of that early enough we will be going to the EAA Warbird Squadron 7 meeting at Plymouth, MA (PYM) for lunch followed by a really long nap from eating too much.

I will make some post every now and then and I will be attending a few gatherings and airshows (why cant they have more pancakes in aviation)so I will be seeing you guys.

Be safe out there folks

KRL

Well,

Crap. BUT it is vitally important to have a life outside of here - so best of luck - I know I'll miss the guidance with a number of items you pointed the way on.

Thanks for the help and good luck with that woman  !

Well, it appears that piles of snow and cabin fever are slowly decimating
the ranks of the WIX membership. C'mon Spring...

Good point Scott! With exception of an unforseen paternity surprise,
I'll have to be satisfied with infecting other peoples young'ns with the
warbird disease.

That would be wearing the same studs in their bodies and going to get their tattoos and piercings together   (Sorry, Rob I didn't mean to give that away!)

How about a couple of aviation grade rivits?! Or a small connecting rod?!! Or, H311, I don't know, Rob, there are HOW MANY SMALL airplane parts that could be poked into different-sized man-made ports in your body(Geesh, I gotta help you with all these little PROBLEMS  ). I'm sure you can compromise on SOMETHING! 8)

Nope,

The Beechjet Tail Heat, should I say. The system really isnt that bad once you know it, and does not have the failure rate that it used to.

I was working on a Premier today. the Tail De-ice on that is even better.
It has strips of electromagnets that beat the ice off the leading edges.

Where are you in VT?

Ok Ok Back to the Col's Piercing's.
