The great PM's ... thank you all, ... The scolding PM's ... thank you as well, I deserve both. I better make it clear that I joke a lot and I am grateful to be allowed to be here ... and yes, I'm trying to retire, both for you all and for my business, but I have to admit ... ALL of you WIXers, the ones who like me, the ones who hate me ... you all have helped me this year with the loss of my hero ... I may be a little self centered and off my rocker at times, but I care for all of you here on WIX ... it's been a fun ride .... The Moderators are JUST FINE, they must be if they keep dealing with my b*llsh*t ... I hope this will be the last "OFF-TOPIC" from me. I think you all get it by now that I'm a bit emotional this year. You guys bring up my dad in almost every post. (not on purpose, you don't even know you do it) I miss him terribly, and it probably shows. But I like everyone here. I've made a pledge to JDK in a PM (because I owe it too him, he's a good man ... even if me doesn't like me) and the rest of you that I'll try to keep to warbirds starting 2009 if I'm still around. And don't get rid of Bill, you have no idea what you will lose. Me you can lose, Bill would be a big, big loss.

Until then .... I get to cry like a baby and complain all I want ... hahaha ... joking .... Happy X-mas to you all, be safe and take care of each other.

BTW ... If anyone has a problem with this last "off-topic post" ... PM me and chew me out ... NOT publicly, I'd do it for you ... Thx

Mark the x-hellcatdriver

BTW, BTW .... I just got a BIG batch of new photos from dad's private collection. (finally from my sister) Does anyone want to see some great WW2 carrier OPS photos? ... There's some never before photos of USS Hornet daily flight opps during the late part of WW2.

I agree, Mark. We'd love to have you share your fathers photos with us.

I hope you have a good year, and maybe we'll get out there to meet sometime this summer.

Scott
