I've got a whole folder on my HD dedicated to low flying pics. Makes me want to upload them all to Photobucket for one huge post!

The Vulcan shot's interesting not because it's 'low' (it isn't) but it's a (presumed) surprise during what is an official event - unlike pulling off a quick hoon hoping no-one's looking, this a potentially highly amusing and career-ending event.
I don't think there's many RSOAF Jag shots above ten feet on the other hand.

It's called RAFO these days but you are quite correct about the height they fly at , im convinced Omani's get nose bleeds above 15ft

I was stationed at Etain AFB in France for 2 years back in the early '60s. The RCAF base at Marville, with F-86s, was "just a stone's throw" from us. We were treated to scenes somewhat like this photo on a few occasions until the powers-that-were decided that there would be no more such thrilling sights for ramp rats like me. Thank you to the RCAF pilots who gave us those rare airshows by "those hosers down the road".
