There is only one Spit that really matters. Not quite as delicate as the Spit Vs and IXs, but purposeful and sleek with that Griffon III/IV, clipped wings and broad chord rudder.

Gotta love that Spit XII :)

I work on both types everyday and the round ones leak way more than the pointy ones.

I know for a fact that it's at least 50 feet.

The cameraman told me so himself.

good comeback, all I know is that after the boss flies the corsair, the harvard, or the staggerwing there is a lot more cleanup to do. After the p-51 ,the p-40,or seafire are flown, all there is to clean up is the bugs on the leading edge of the wings and the windscreen. The seafire only requires one little drip pan to catch the fuel stain out of the supercharger. It makes my job much easier.
