I don't have a photo, but there is still one at the Academy...hanging above the ice rink, there is a resturant nearby where you can gaze upon it while you eat. Recommended dining for any N3N fan.

That N3N is no longer hanging above the ice rink. That airplane was on loan, was taken down and cleaned up and re hung at the Paul Gerber museum in MD.

Pity, I thought it gave the campus a bit of fun....
BTW, anyone have an N3N on its float?
It would be a neat thing to take to the "seaplane" events at Oskosh.

Yanks has one on floats.
Last September I talked with Don Larson, a local N3N owner who is kind enough to share his aircraft with us at shows in the area. His plans at the time were to put it on the original wheels for this summer, and if all goes well to have it on floats in time for the summer of 2006.

When I was at Fantasy of Flight 2 yrs ago. I had talked to Kermit about his N (from what I am told, is now out of storage and waiting restoration) that it will be put on floats.

Yanks bought a stash of duster airframes years ago. They are the basis for the N3N collection.

Bill Thompson here in BC owns a very nice N3N on floats. There's a story on the Canadian Museum of Flight website at
http://www.canadianflight.org/history/billt01.htm
Very nice guy, you can probably contact him through the museum or PM me and I'll get you his contact info.
