Forgot to mention back in 70s my mate flew over Groom Lake as i recall or close to it against Migs before he got deployed to Vietnam.....

I used to fly over Groom Lake enroute to SanFran back in the early 80s.
Always surprised ATC would let us go that way. At FL390, we never saw anything moving on the surface.
