These look to have been developed in the same area or the same series of tests. Very similar mount.

Seeing the P-38 mount begs the obvious question: Some fighter jocks achieved aerial victories with HVAR's, but did any pilot ever bring something down with a bazooka?

Pretty much a standard mount. Those are a 459th FS P-38J flown by Maj. Willard Webb. I've got good shots of A-20s, P-39s and P-47s with them also.

I always thought the cannon nosed B-25's were cool. Some of the pilots would swear that firing the cannon would stop the aircraft.

Cool shot of the buisness end of the 75mm cannon nose of a B-25. You all aware that the Hs.129 had a pak 75 mounted under the nose too.

I have never seen before B-25 with that armament configuration! Jack is definitely holly grail for researchers, modelers and aviation enthusiast at all :P
