Since people seem to think that the off-topic section is for political discussion, something that is frowned upon, I have temporarily closed the section. ANY political discussions in any other forum will be deleted and the user suspended. I have had it with the politically motivated comments.

Sorry for posting this here but this just happened and he wants his jeeps back. I know the guy and it really sucks to happen to a great family in the MV community. Not to mention he now writes for Squadron Signal Publications.
To all,Between 5 PM May 6 and 8 AM May 7 a vehicle transport trailer was stolen from my dad, Everette Doyle in Brownsville, TN. Inside the trailer was a restored M170 and a rewelded M151A1. The M170 has a WeeBee top, is painted in Marine Corps colors and markings, and can be distinguished (in part) by the Red Cross markings NOT being painted on the tailgate. I can provide detailed descriptions of these if needed.
If either of these vehicles are spotted, please contact the Brownsville Police Department at 731-772-1215

Bummer! Everyone up that way keep your eyes open. Not exactly easy to download without proper papers. Not like moving a used Hyundai....
Someone who's sharp with EBay should set up a "watch" for the vehicles and or Parts.

Yes both jeeps were recovered but I think the trailer is still missing. The jeeps are okay so that is good news. Maybe they just wanted the trailer or they realized the heat would be on for such unusual vehicles.
