Spectacular! It's hard to think of a shot that would more perfectly evoke Canada's warplane heritage. I'm sure seeing her like that makes all the effort worthwhile. Well done.

Great news and excellent photo! That picture would look awsome if it was retouched to look like and old b and w or sepia type wartime picture!

Very nice Pic! Glad to see her flying again, at least vicariously by internet!! I have Yet to see one live and in person. :(

I had my first ever flight in a Lancaster at the age of 13 as an Air Training Corps cadet (yes, 14 was the minimum age to join the ATC but I pestered them so much I was allowed to join at 12!) One hour flying around the Cornish coastline. Wonderful, and it inspired me to become a service pilot but it was so noisy I was deaf for days afterward.
