I think it sucks that folks who's hearts aren't in aviation get to ride with the Blue Angels, but I reckon I'm just jealous. Anyway, this looks like it might be a fun episode to watch............

Ohh...this is gonna be fun to watch!

(And Gary...I feel the same way...I see the beautiful TV people, that have no clue which end the thrust comes out of, riding with them every time they come to town...and here I am a 44 year old snotty nosed kid willing to give the proverbial left knut for a ride...with no chance. Grrr.. )

Thanks for the heads-up!

OK, I'd expect that's junk from Naffsville Daily Press Nowheresplace, but ANN doesn't know about Mach, temp, pressure?

or it could be they shortened it so it wouldn't read like a science book?

It simply isn't a factor of distance. Presenting it is such (distance-time) is simply wrong. An 'about/approximately' rather than the wrong 'at least' would make the statement correct.

Yes, my job is to try and write clear, accurate statements. It's harder than writing pap, but which is of use?

However I'll believe anything Kari tells me... :tonqe:
