ahhh those mark 88 practice bombs on her bring back memories. i had 3 in the garage, bought em for a song, but the old lady made me dump em for room. :ouch: :angry: :bs:

yup, mk 88's... 10 ft long, 44inches diameter. when filled with sand / water they would simulate 1000 lb boom boom weight, dropped on practice ranges. mine were navy types, & still girder crated. sold em to a guy in alabama who owned a sod farm. he sent a mack truck to get em. unloaded they weighed around 300 lbs. took me & 3 of my neighbors to load them on the truck. 1 hernia later......

Sounds like fun, I wouldn't mind having a smaller one around. The ones hanging on the Mohawk are 150 gallon fuel tanks,
