Hi Andrew--
I remember seeing a pic of the CF-5 fuselage, now that you mention it. The CF-5 now at Campbellford is sitting on its gear next to an old Dodge command truck. There is a blue tarp over the cockpit (the canopy is absent), but most of the rest of the sirframe is there--including one of the engines! Haven't got my pix back yet but I think the nose number was 30.
I met Mr Carlaw while there; a very nice gent indeed. Quite the collection he has amassed over the decades. Where'd we be without these collectors with foresight, eh...
Cheers

Mike,
I believe Vimy House has been shut down now that the new museum is opened. If there are any V-1s, they must be in storage somewhere in the building.
I do seem to recall seeing one years ago at the old museum - but maybe my memory is playing tricks on me.
Totally agree with the comments about the museum though. I stopped dead in my tracks when I looked up and saw the nose art. Unfortunately, there are, or at least were not on opening weekend, any signs explaining what the panels are.
Interestingly, the gift shop has some nose art themed T-shirts and stuff. Buy it now, before the "politically correct" crowd gets to it and says the pin-up girls are sexist!!
