Humm. . . cool plane but good grief it would take a lot of $$ to bring her back to flightworthy status. And if I had the cash it would be on its way to Ezell's place :D

Would it would be cheaper to get a Mercury Cougar airborne!?!?

But wow, Buy-it-now for $33,000 and no takers? You would think that somebody would want one of these things in their garage just for bragging rights, or to vex the lady-friend who paid more than that for a beaniebaby.

I love this plane but to regret no money for that trade and my garden is small anyway...

Man, if only I could hit the lottery... :) What's the Texas Lottery up to today guys?!

Can you imagine this baby rolling down the interstate as is??!!

It would fit right in with the T-33s and MIG-15 here in Wendover. dang that I don't have an extra $33K around here. . . . .

I saw that....

...its not enough plane (performance wise) for a full restoration to flight. and if you re-engined it you would be out so much money that you would have to be a CEO to afford it. Kinda like putting a GE in an L-39...it works....BUT!!!!

I have some great pics of it. I hope it finds a good home.

Don't think this one is actually located within Woodstock. Being so close I wish we could get this aircraft for our museum, located a fairly short distance away.

Mark, could you let us in on the exact location? I was hoping to go take a look at it.

Also if you look at Woodstock on Google Maps you'll find a nice looking private strip in West Woodstock.
