I'm fortunate enough to live near Aircraft Spruce & Specialties, but anyone building a homebuilt or doing aircraft repairs at the local airport should be able to tell you of a local source. In fact, one of those folks should make a good helper.

Anyone remember the old lady in the coil of Aluminum? can't think of the name but they have some of the best prices! I have to agree it might be the less of two evils to replace the skin.

AIrParts Inc in Kansas City if I remember correctly, or take a gander at the ad pages of Sport Av....they always have an ad in there.
