Hello!

Do you guys know the best place in North America where to send a Packard 266 for a rebuilt that'll go into a Spit?

Cheers!

Ollie,

We have a Merlin 266 for a Spitfire XVI under rebuild with Mike Nixon / Vintage V-12's in California. I can highly recommend him.

I can also suggest Universal Air Motive. They are located in the Mid West and have a good Rep. They even have companis from the UK send their engines there for rebuild.

Mike Nixon's the man - nice guy/great staff and v/experienced. My Griffon is on its way to him.

The name Mike Nixon is the one that I keep reading about, over and over again and again in numerous articles and storylines for quite some time now..Must be something to it.
