SL721 Update

Fri Jun 10, 2005 7:32 am

I just got word that SL721 flew yesterday. It is not necessarily the first flight since it's prop strike at Geneseo last summer. What made this flight interesting is that it was the first flight with a new Spit pilot at the controls. Mr. Potter asked an experimental pilot from the National Research Pilot to be checked out in his Spit to support future operations with the foundation.

Things are looking up! ;-)

GREAT NEWS!!! :D :D :D

Thanks for the update Mike.

The skies over Ottawa and Gatineau are getting better! And I just found out there will be an airshow this year in Carp.

Now if the Potter and Russell airforces can team up for that airshow, wouldn't it be something. Don't think the Russell collection is moving too far from home though.
