you tube videos lately... start stop start stop start stop

you tube is no fun as of late, a 10 minute video takes a 1/2 hour to watch with all the starting & stopping. when those dots in a circle appear multiple times & the video freezes, you are in for the long haul!! it wrecks the experience. does anybody know what causes this?? perhaps the site is overloaded??

hi james, i get the same start stop b.s. when i'm on a different computer at work with a different server, so it must be the tube. thanks for the help though!!

What's odd for me is sometimes I'll switch to HD and it plays fine; other times just the opposite. When it hangs up like that I just pause it, minimize the screen, open a new one and hit WIX for a while 
. Then I'll go back and watch it after it loads all the way.
