This bird hasn't moved or had anything done on her for two years now.....I breifly spoke with Kermit at Oshkosh last July, and he said he was going to be doing something with his other Harpoon at Mesa, Az. I have heard thru the grapevine that since this PV was hit by the firetruck there, it has been moved to Packards hangar....any news from Falcon, as to what's up with it??

It's in front of Air Response still and is actively being worked on for an upcoming ferry flight. Word on the street is that it may be going to either Chino then Palm Springs or direct to Palm Springs. The leading edge is in the shop being "de-fire-trucked".

I left Rucker in February 85 for a deployment to Korea, came back in 86. and ventured out to Wheelless, I want to say she was there in 86, I believe that there were two sitting there at Wheelless awaiting ferry. I have a picture of her dated 1977.
