Hello,

I am new to posting here on WIX but, would like to ask for a little feed back on a project that I am working on.
For those interested in 360º cockpit views, here is a link to a small collection that I have been work on. http://www.jansmadesign.net/tour_aircraft.cfm
Any constructive comments on how they appear or function would be greatly appreciated.

Best Regards, Lyle Jansma

Now that is wonderful stuff, Lyle! I've never seen anything quite like it.

My only comment is that the pans are a bit slow, but I suspect they have to be given the incredible quality of the images. Gotta be a lot of electrons involved in this...

Are there any writeups anywhere on how you do this work?

First off let me say welcome to WIX. I absolutely loved the 360º views of some great aircraft, thanks for sharing with us. I viewed them on a 24" monitor and they appeared very crisp and clear. If you don't mind id love to post a link to your site from our restoration site under helpful links.

Patrick

I have the next best thing to dial-up, the economy version of DSL (hey, at $15/month, I can live with it). Lyle, the site takes too long to load, if it loads at all .... a few items timed out before I gave up. Reckon it's out of reach for dial-up users altogether. Looks like some beautiful, wonderful stuff there, however. Wish I had a wide-open broadband connection to see it with!

Hello,

Thanks for the feed back so far. The loading issue on DSL has worried me and I hope to offer a "Lo Res" option as well in the future.

Best Regards, Lyle

Welcome Lyle
Very cool pano views. They load just fine and quickly on our cable modem.
