Thanks for posting the photo. I always loved seeing a Corsair in new, fresh paint. Makes the whole thing like it rolled off the assembly line recently.

So where is the aircraft's home base? I see Vintage Fighter info, but they appear only to be restoring it. So who owns her and where will she be flying out of? I’m always hopeful a few more warbirds will filter into the Greater Northeastern are of the US.

Vintage Fighters Inc. is owned and operated by Charles Osborn who also owns all of the aircraft. Brad Hood is the manager and chief pilot of the collection which also includes two P-51's and a couple of others. They are based in Sellersburg, Indiana which is located on the northern fringe of Louisville, Kentucky, just a couple miles north of the Ohio River that divides the two States.
