Say man I've been wondering :? have you sold off all those models you advertised in the "model parts" section, you haven't posted any reply's to that thread, what gives :?: :?: :? :?
Do you wanna sell anything or not :?: :?: I'm interested in the "pro modeler" SB2C :!: :!:
Any reply would be grateful. Thanx.

Sent him an email over a month ago about a group of models I'm interested in, and also got no response. I can see if you decide that you no longer need/want to sell them, but at least post it that they're no longer for sale.

He's probably busy with the new job. :)

Yep, y' learn something new here on WIX every day. This time it's that ya better not mess with those modelers.

Heheheh. Um, seriously, got a Q for y'all: I see lotsa plastic scale modeler traffic on this site, but only seldom the R/C scale boys. Am I missing something, or is that pretty much how it is? If so, wonder why?

Being a plastic modeler I can't speak for the RC guys, but I think us plastic scale builders tend to be more obsessive (to put it mildly) about the history/markings/technical details of the originals, while the primary interest of the RC guys is flying. That's not to say that I haven't seen some magnificent scale RC warbirds..it's just that technical/historical/markings accuracy doesn't seem to be as much a priority with the RC guys. Nothing wrong with that..modeling of any kind is just a hobby, and however you do it, if it makes you happy that's great!

Not that I'm obsessive or anything. I've only got a moderate stash of model kits..about 450, almost all 1/72 WWII aircraft!

Matt phoned me about a week ago and left his number for me to call back, nothing special just to talk. I spoke to him a few days ago and he is fine, the new job seems good.We went over a lot of old times.

I reminded him about the model posts, but didn't really get much response except that he has not been on Wix lately.
