If you read the rules, then it was no surprise...
I'm going to get on the judging process early next week. Today as soon as I finish breakfast I have a car problem to deal with.

I read the rules, but missed that little detail until I reread the rules just before my submission. Why penalize us left coasters? Our airshows are two hours later than yours...

'cause I didn't want to stay up until past 1am. If any of you really did intend to send them in and legitimately missed that, send the photos ASAP (like before tomorrow) to the email address provided.
Gotta get back now to a little problem with something (as yet undiagnosed) related to a metallic wobbling noise on my dad's Ford Escort. It's annoying how little space there is to get even a skinny hand like mine in to work on it. It's going to be a long day.

It's amazing how a deadline concentrates the mind, isn't it Ryan?

Good luck to the judges -- you do have your work cut out for you on this one! Some wonderful stuff here...

CST, that's Like California Standard Time Duuuuuude, which means if the gnarly surf's up, we'll, like, get back to ya when we're done hangin' 10!
I don't envy you, I hate having to pick between a bunch of pics! Artistic merit, composition, coolness, color, theme....too much to decide between.

Ok folks, I've had a really busy week and between flight training, internet outages, and starting a new publication I didn't get enough done on this. When I get back from the ranch I'm on my way out to, I will start on the judging process. Sorry for the delay.

FYI, if you want to see the new publication go to www.stinsonfield.com

Wow! There's some stunning photography here! The C-47 in the fog/mist is particularly special. :D

I'll second that vote for the C-47 in fog, a great shot for sure! It's been a month now, any word on the overall results?
