I have I just missed a thread about the TA-4J for sale in Georgia - advertised as ready to go (less pyro) but the engine seems like it was last run in 2005 - 2M and it will follow you home! sounds like it might be a great opportunity or a big rebuild problem - anyone here know more?

Let's just say that it was acquired by a corporation, rebuilt but with no documentation of the work. They have been going back through the original work and have decided to sell it. It was originally a Meridian NAS demilled example. I would suspect that at least 2M has been expended on it since the project was started by the original purchaser.
