Mighty 8th AirForce Museum C-47?

Is there a C-47 there. In some pics I see one in the background, but there isn't one on the list. I am heading there in a week, and just wondered? Thanks!

Not sure if you are referring to the Museum at Maxwell or the one in Savannah. The Savannah museum does not have a C-47.

THanks man. Yeah I was talking about the one in Savannah. Odd. I saw some pictures on flickr of the museum and there is a C-47 in the background in some of them. I wonder if it was displayed there for a while years ago or something.

Saw on FB you're going to Macon. Be sure to make time to see the museum at Warner-Robins AFB. Also, you're not too far from Douglas, where Don Brooks is rebuilding a P-82.
