I knew it, I knew it! Now all the secrecy is making sense. You guys are putting high-speed scimitar props on FIFI to race her at Reno this year. I've got you guys all figured out. I think she would be quite a contender in the Bronze. She might beat "Air Biscuit"!

Great job for everyone that had something to do with this. I havent seen her for 15 years or so and that was when she gave me one heck of a ride. Please, please, please, bring her close to the south jersey area, that way i have an excuss for a road trip with my dad.

Thanks for all the kind words and support. We had a great rollout and as any of you crew chiefs out there know, it is very special. We made a huge milestone and are so looking forward to the next one which is 1st flight. some of the pictures I will show you are from the days leading up to the rollout and the massive effort of getting all the west texas dust and bird poop off of her.

Congratulations to Dave and all the crew who have toiled many long hours to get FIFI to this stage. Simply amazing......

............and now that you have nothing else to do, and Kristine and the rest of the crew know how to clean an aircraft, could you do a quick wash, polish, vacuum and tire shine on the C-47 before we come and get her?
