Might check REALLY old copies of AEROPLANE as they've done cut aways on everything haven't they?

I would suspect that as statistically focused as the British are, the magazine MUST have a master index somewhere on it's website

If you can find a couple of old AVIA magazines (often on Ebay or bookfinder. book-searches etc.) there are F-84 cutaways in:
