Thursday evening I got a call from my brotjher who at the time was on the southern side of Dayton. He was telling that he was seeing what looked like a "Red Tailed" Mustang continually circling overhead and then finally joined up with what looked like to him as T-28/s. Also the Wright "B" flyer up in the air as well he said.

Anyone know what aircraft these were for sure and where they were going? To the Grimes Fly-in maybe? :D

Thanks

Shay

There is a cirrus gathering in the Dayton Area. They were having a dinner at the museum last night.

In addition, I had a chat with a gentlemen in the Modern Flight Gallery on Friday AM who told me he had flown the red tail P-51 on Thursday. I don't remember the details as to why.

I called Paul several weeks about the Tattoo event as they were looking for an F-86...good news he got picked.

Can't wait to see that Saber on the ramp next to the P-51 and LT-6...one of my favorite all time birds.... :D
