For any T-6D owners:
When I was in basic training we had two fatal crashes. As you know, the stick must be pushed forward to unlock the tailwheel..
It was found that the tailwheel lock was binding and the stick could not be pushed forward to recover from a spin.
Corrective action was to check and lubricate the lock pin.
