Thanks to everyone who has ordered a Cobra Den T-shirt! I am about to turn the order in, then it will depend on how much work is ahead of our order. When I get a guess on delivery time, I'll post it. Once the shirts are in-hand, I'll PM everyone so you can send your money and we can mail your shirt(s)!

You got it Jesse! I "padded" the order by a few shirts.

I just heard back from the one who is going to be making the shirts. Seems the backlog of work has been caught up now and we could have our shirts as early as the end of next week!

To everyone who ordered T-shirts, they should be in by or before the 28th of July! Please send a check made out to CenTex Wing, CAF, for $25 ($20 for the shirt, $5 for Priority Mail) for each shirt ordered to:

CenTex Wing, CAF
Cobra Den T-Shirt
1841 Airport Dr
San Marcos TX 78666

As I get the checks in, I'll mail out the T-shirts!

Oh, and I have everyone's T-shirt order by their WIX name, so please put a piece of paper in the envelope, as well as the check, with your WIX name and your mailing address on it.

I might be able to at that! The box I plan to use is the $4.95 one (at least I think that's what it costs to mail). If you have two shirts, you can just send $5 for postage and I'll try to stuff them both in the same box.

Wow! Thanks John!!! That extra $ will help buy a lot of the rivets needed to repair the Cobra!

Tom,

I did order a few extra shirts, and I know I have a spare XL. Send a check for $25 ($20 shirt, $5 postage) to:

CenTex Wing, CAF
Cobra Den T-shirt
1841 Airport Dr
San Marcos TX 78666

Include a piece of paper in the envelope with your WIX name (how I'm listing orders), size, and mailing address.

Thanks!

I just love learning all my fellow Wixers' shirt sizes (lay off the donuts guys!), but could we change the title of this thread to "CAF Centex Wing t-shirt orders" so that when the thread is updated, I don't keep checking it with the silly notion that it will actually contain updates on the P-39 or P-63? Or maybe use PMs to run the online t-shirt booth.

Well, the shirt frenzy is about over, but the Cobra Den shirts are part of the P-39 and P-63 news, since the profits will go toward helping get a cobra back in the air.

As far as actual news on the aircraft status goes, there should be some being posted in the very near future. Due to some Cobra Den folks going to Oshkosh, it's putting the Airacobra recovery back a few days, but there should be some news on that in the very near future.
