I just deleted the offending spam bot jikoms4 and banned the IP address it came through... hopefully that one will be killed off. We have been seeing a huge spike in this kind of junk as of late and trying to find patches and fixes to it.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop. Let Ztex or I know if anything else comes up.

Thanks,
Ryan

I don't feel left out then, I got my two. And yes, I clicked on them, but nothing seemed to happen. Fortunately. My computer is probably about to self-destruct though.

Got only one email notice in Yahoo, used the link in the e-mail notice to log in to my WIX mailbox, and there's no PM from this jikoms character. Good (I guess). Anyone else get an email but no PM?

I fell for clicking on the link as well.As with others above,Norton shows nothing, but I used my Acronis 2010 True Image Home program to restore my computer to a full system backup that I made yesterday.Hopefully, that will erase any spyware and/or malware.I guess that it's a reminder that we're not safe anywhere online.I can only thank Scott and Ryan for taking care of this so quickly.

Thank you very much! http://meganovosti.com/?f=1

I got the same, then I ran a scan and a cleaner in the event it was a covert lightning download of a virus or tracking cookie thingy
