Guys:

Although the text is in Spanish, the images here:

http://miarroba.com/foros/ver.php?foroi ... id=4002424

speak volumes. You can see some of the aircraft that are displayed outdoors for lack of physical installations... but, there are lots of enthusiasm and hard work, with very little money and other resources...

The photos show a before and after sequence.

I really moves me to see the children, seated on the ground, but LEARNING about their heritage...

To the guys at the FMAH, "saludos cordiales" and keep your enthusiasm and positive attitudes up!!!

Tulio,

Thank you very much for your heartfelt support, evidenced since the very early days of the museum.
As you very well know, we have always welcomed comments, suggestions or well-intended criticism which could benefit this project.
Unfortunately, and as you mentioned earlier in another thread, there are some individuals who for one reason or the other have constantly targeted the hard work and effort of a few, no matter the limited resources at the museum’s disposal. Sadly, they don’t seem to have the intention to lead or to follow; worse yet, to get out of the way of those who want to get things done.
But the struggle continues, and will continue no matter the obstacles.

Many thanks again.

Amado

FAH 503 & Co:

C/w.com recognizes your writing talents and political skills. We know that sometime in 2004 your sound judgement was instrumental in the move indoors of F4U-5N FAH 609 saving/preserving a valuable flying machine from the elements.

We also know that in your brilliant moments you are pretty capable of sound decisions. Bell P-63E 43-11732 /XFAH 403 is in need of help as all the pictures show. However, the aircraft can't restore itself. P-63E Buff/FAH619
