Japanese T-3 sitting on base dump.

Last week we were in Japan, there is a small JASDF base close to our house it's a primary training base where they are still flying Fuji built T-3's. Fuji built the T-34 and the two have a lot in common. My question is does anybody know how to go about buying the aircraft, we saw at least four of the them sitting in the base dump on there bellies with the wings nearby and all squadron markings painted out. With these being Japanese designed and built aircraft wouldwould they have to go thru all the inspections that the mentors are going thru. They are really great planes it would be a shame if they are all scrapped.

The T-34 is a standard category aircraft. The Fuji would have to be licensed under Experimental Exhibition.
