If you guys know of a service similar to Webshots that doesn't limit you to 3000 I would like to hear about it as well.

Hi Mike

Glenn has a website and is alluding to the fact that we could put up a lot of our shots there - just google warbirdz and you will find the link - some really great shots there already - I think about 5000 so far but Glenn can tell you much more about it.

Well 6500 approx now. It's just a database where you can upload your images and search them. mainly for Warbird and military Aircraft but would not say no to any Antique or classic aircraft of days gone by.

At this stage, they need to your own original Photos. It probably isn't a bad thing to consider. there are a few editors that I know of that do view them looking for cetain images. And unlike other locations, I wont tell you what I think is Bad motive,l which in my opinion is just crap anyway. Unless htere is something extremely wrong with the image, it's welcome.

Whilst us Aussies seem to have this thread firmly in their grasps here's my link!

Hope you intent to take plenty of pics this weekend in Canberra Glenn. Wish I could get down there to see the Hudson, Canberra & Pig in formation together. Unfortunately I've got Corporate Box tickets to the Knights/Sea Eagles game...

Cheers

Hi Browny. Well I wont be in Canberra on saturday now. A very special photo opportunity has arisen so I'll be ducking off to do that. But not going to jinx it and talk about it so you'll have to wait to see the results. Probably have a link to it here on Saturday night. Funny you should mention the Hudson, Canberra, F111 combo though ;-) I too saw that and thought that that would be an awesome photo opportunity.

At this point in time, I have no idea were the displays are actually happening. I keep hearing conflicting stories, So I'll probably be at lake Burley yadda yadda and everything flies up Anzac parade or vice versa. Latest I heard only the F111 was doing the Anzac Parade flight but I guess I'll find out on saturday.

Corporate box Tickets, over rated ;-) We used to get them to the Brumbies Game and the V8 races. Only ever went for the Meals ;-) You'll be sorry you passed up this display for a footy game.

:P

Glenn,

You lucky, lucky bastard!!! That's a brilliant photo....absolutely brilliant.

I've been Cat5 U/S with the flu since Saturday afternoon, so I guess the five hour drive to Canberra was never going to be on, regardless of the footy.

I guess I'm now committed to getting out to Temora over the October long weekend to check out the Hudson in it's new paint job (I'll just spin it to SWMBO as a quiet weekend in the countryside)!

I trust you're posting the rest of your shots from Saturday on Warbirdz.net for us mere mortals to salivate over?

Cheers

Browny
