It has been a long haul to get the museum a bit more up to date, and we have more to go. The we are trying to raise funds to restore and house the B-17 at the Grissom Air Museum. Alot of times we look a project and say, "Man I wish I could help." Here is your chance. 100% of the profit from these shirts will be put back into the aircraft. The money made from these shirts goes straight to the plane. As a matter in fact this first few batches of shirts is going to the building fund, paint, and to the rebuild of the tail stinger which we will be bringing to Oshkosh next year. Make no mistake guys, we can affect the outcome of this B-17. Thanks for all of the support we have already recieved from WIX, Django who is the designer of the shirt, and Warbird Radio.

The shirts are available in S-XXXL. They are designed by our very own Chad Hill or "Django". They are $25.00 plus $5.00 shipping. They are at the print shop right now and will arrive at the museum the week after Thanksgiving. Rob and I will then be shipping them to you ourselves. We can't say thank you enough to all of you. Anyone interested please PM me or e-mail me at mustangdriver76@hotmail.com We can take paypal, checks, and money orders. A store front is being built that will allow us to take credit cards, but at that time it will be public. We thought we'd give WIXers a little head start. Thank you all again.

Just an update guys, WIX Members alone have bought enough shirts for the museum to buy paint for the aircraft. I am blown away by you guys. The other neat thing is that there are a bunch of you guys leaving notes to us in the paypal that are really great an encouraging. Thanks again guys. We've got a long way to go, but your efforts are making the journey shorter and memorable.

I look forward to seeing the tail in Oshkosh next summer. Plus, Chris, it'll make you easier to track down :D

I love the shirts! What a great cause too!

Django, can you PM me about your designs if you'd be willing to take on a job?

Trey

Ordered mine so going a way lot further than the UK, we are talking about the Great Land Down Under - Oz.

Should get a look or two when I wear it around.

Loved the design and the cause, so just had to get one.

Now if you came up with a similar design for a Mustang................

Regards,

*bump*

Chris...any word on when the next shipment of shirts might be in? When I was at Grissom last week they said they had no idea if another shipment was ordered yet.

They should be arriving any day. Yeah we re-ordered a few weeks ago. The museum is just a little slow at some things. We are trying to fix that. But the shirts will be in hand any day.
