Don't forget to be getting all your aviation related training and time in position documented to the FAA's satisfaction so you can get your A&P License (If you don't already have it.)

thanks Karen. the worst part about the broken computer is that not only is it my 2500 or so from here, its also my over 20,000 from the last 4-5 years. ALL of them. from every airshow, spotting, airport venture. it will be a very tough pill to swallow if I can not recover them. but that has been par for the course. my computer, my external hard drive, my camera, and my ipod have all busted since I have been here. starting to regret bringing all the comforts!

I cant wait to get back to TX next summer so I can catch a few shows before I head up to TN for my next duty station. I reenlisted about 2 months ago for another 4 years so, and a perrogative of doing so was a choice of duty station, and I chose Ft. Campbell. Looking forward to checking that out. Although I would have liked to stay in TX, my unit was moving and they wouldnt let me just move to the other aviation unit there. Looking forward to TN/KY though!

I assume you will be a short drive from where I live in TN and there should be some good shows going on in TN and hopeful we can meet up. Stay safe.

Tim
