That's a good story, Bill. When we got our CJ-6, the first thing I did was disable the mag switch in the rear seat. I had visions of somebody playing with it in flight! :D

And how many have done the rope trick, starting a large radial engine? That sounds scary.

First time for everything.....I got to handcrank a PT-19 yesterday. Pretty easy.

Easy to crank...yes.....if the pilot remembers to make the mags hot!!!!!
