Supposed to back in the 60's here on Friday. I hope so, so I can spend the morning digging what is now frozen mud out of the forward section of my bug. Got blown off the road on the way home this morning and narrowly avoided taking out a brick and concrete wall. Got to wait til it warms up enough to see what else besides the radiator support frame got trashed. Also have to take both right side tires in so we can clean the mud out of the beads and get them to seal again. I was about a mile from home and by the time I got there, both tires were nearly flat.

Not a happy camper right now

Back in the fifties by Sunday, though. Gotta love it!

Back in the 50's! Thats a frickin heat wave! I dont expect 50 degree temps around the Chicago area to be here anytime before the end of April.

I shouldn't have thrown that in there, Pat. I spent the first 35 years of my life in far northeast Nebraska so I know where you're coming from.

It is beautiful here this Friday afternoon, cool, but not really cold, it is -10 C on the Atis, and sunny with clear blue skies. Our snow now is some of the best we have had in years, and the cold spell of some below ) F days seems to be passed. I think I'll go skiing tomorrow!
