Well, the only conceivable way that an A/C could end up on its nose and you wouldn't see the impact marks would be if it was blown up on its nose by an airliner or maybe a bomber and possibly rotated or moved from the impact point due to the wind blast and the pilot not holding brakes on.
Otherwise I think the noseover on runup or a brake slam while taxing would show the evidence as with the brakes on you wouldn't move from the impact point.
The Bearcat does appear to be at an angle to the centerline of the taxiway. Either rotation as mentioned above or strategic placement by the set designer.
I do wonder about using KSAT for the background of this type of movie.
I wonder if Brad and the kids came along to look at the airplanes?

Did everyone miss this clue? A new user posting the day of the "incident."

The Laredo show was yesterday... was the Bearcat there?

:D

Perhaps the chocks were put in place to stop the aircraft rolling forward as they lowered the tail down rather than the pilot trying to taxy with them in place...

Nope. You guys don't know the facts, and only a few on here know what may have really happened... I think it'd be waaay better to stop the speculation.
