Disclaimer: I wholeheartedly support the people of Libya in their struggle, and sorrow for the death and destruction taking place there.

That said, this is a Warbird site, and not Human Rights Watch, so moving on to the subject at hand.

Since 1969 Quadaffi has kept a very tight lid on the country, but his time is running short, and just about anything that replaces him will be more open to foreigners in general, and small scale enterprises.
We're all familiar with the Lady Be Good, but what other gems are there scattered throughout the Libyan desert? The area was fought over (literally) by the Regia Aeronutica, the RAF, the Luftwaffe and the USAAF, so there could be examples of just about anything out there off the beaten path

Unless it has all been repurposed into pots and pans as typically happens in destitute 3rd world countries. Here's hoping though! :drinkers:

When the whole thing in Lybia sorts its self out (hopefully for the better) Lady Be Good needs to come home to the US!
