Could be. Here's one of the blades of my prop that's 'SUPPOSED" to be for a -13. Wooden version.

Count the splines in the 3rd photo. Not a D-shank hub.

Also the blades are not in the barrel, just stuck outside. So is that 95" the way it is or with the blades installed (not that they would fit with all the rust on there)?

Might make a nice wall hanger after restoration, but to make that mess airworthy would likely be quite a trick.

I am pretty sure it is a 2D30 hub with 6101A blades. I have a few spare 2D30 hubs sitting on my shelf as they are off of a BT-13/15 which I have for spares for the Yale. Here is a poor picture of the splines on the 2D30 hub but if you compare the two they are the same. I can get some better pictures tomorrow. Note the large grove in the splines is identical.

They all have the "blind spline" to ensure the prop is indexed correctly.

Also, there are a lot of different D-Shank blades besides 6101.

The inside diameter of the #20 spline is 2.164", the #30 spline is 2.414" and the #40 spline is 2.881". All have "16 slots equally spaced- omit one spline."

The applicable specification for the splines is:

AND10530 "Propeller Hubs- Standard Dimensions for Straight Tooth Spline Controllable Pitch"
