Yes I think so. The contributing factor was the twilight light making it difficult to see.

Thanks for the link Elwyn. That website has quite a few interesting aviation videos such as a Cessna making an emergency landing on a ballfield, and a helicopter that ends up going for a swim while attempting to tow a boat.
