Great Job Guys!

That's great to hear. Nice to see them helping out like that.

You know, as soon as some of the pictures started coming in and the stories of how they were looking for survivors, I kept thinking this is the perfect job for the PBY's search and rescue. The cats I'm sure would do a great job down there.

WAY TO GO JOE !! The Spirit of Waco bunch are great folks ! And they said the A-26 was over the hill.

It's a great plane, i got to see it in action at the annual Dyess open houses and at the reactivation of the 13th BS (it's painted in 13th markings from Korea).

I 'm not being critical, but wouldn't a C-47 be a bit more practical?

It hasn't been mentioned here, but the ANN article says the CAF is flying missions in the A-26 and a C-47.

I also see Mr Travolta is flying his 707 as well and bringing in supplies.

That's really cool too :D

I would expect that Joe is moving time critical items with the A-26. Spirit of Waco is a stripped out executive conversion. It does hvae a pretty good amount of room in the fuselage.
